Great and rich experience. Intensive, spiritually and sportively speaking

Amazing trip exploring both Kathmandu and Himalayas. I love the combination with Ashtangayoga and trekking. Seeing around in the city and it's surroundings gave even more perspective and a wider picture of Nepal. Highlights for me was yoga practice in a monastery, yoga and meditation in the presence of mountains and walking the path along all the waterfalls and the sceneryfrom the top of the hills! Every day a new accommodation gave new perspectives. It felt also very safe surrounded by knowledgeable guides and travelling with like-minded is enriching. Very well planned schedule, day by day preparing both body and mind for the next coming day and it's experiences. This was a trip whith constant smile on my face! If I could wish something more, it would have just been one more day in Pokhara and in Kathmandu, just to have more time to land after trekking, only focusing on yoga practice and having some own time to sip in the atmosphere and surrender before a home trip. Leaving Nepal with the feeling of wanting to come back some time. Thank you for this memorable trip! Truly grateful for everything.

The trip was amazing!!! loved visiting the temples in Kathmandu Valley, the activities- Meditation, Yoga and the experience with James, the kids and the organization- " Quilts for kids". The Trek was also Beautiful!! Challenging in the climb but well organized, amazing views and weather was perfect. I also felt very comfortable in the group and with the group leaders- Cory, Sarah and Marque. would highly recommend this trip to anyone.
